Thanks for the sub!
Amazing 👏 🙀 thank you
You’re welcome 😊
for those who using v ray just uncheck (affect shadow) in water refraction material, and check caustics in render setting tab > GI
Great! Keep it up please!
Thank you.
You are amazing ⭐💫
Thank you!
Thank you sister
You’re welcome 😊
How did you get the really good sunlight ? like on the flamingo - please teach !! sun tutorial for perfect daylight!!
Thanks!
No problem!
awesome
very beutiful rendering and thank you for the tutorial. Can you tell me what filter you used?
Congratulations for the tutorial! Could you clear me a doubt, I did exactly as you described, however, when I put the noise map on the displace map, the noise in the water does not appear, do you know what it could be?
amazing really amazing 🥳👍👍👍
when i started using 3D studio max ( 3dstudio max v1.2 1997) ,
that was impossible...
I was born very early. 😁
Heheh, thanks for sharing! Now it's more easy ;)
Hello Ava,
Thanks for great tutorials.
Bu I have one problem. In close views you can see triangular pool face. What should I do? Subdivide more or?
awsome❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
Thanks !!

ola! obrigado pelo tutorial o modelos da piscina esta disponível ! Hello! thanks for the tutorial the pool models are available
The same effect with vray next pleasee !!!
yes please
Yess
You have it with vray 5.
I like it
Is it nessesary to make water surface bumbed by displace modifier rather than normal bump material?
Wow! What a diamond girl! Greetings from Ukraine! I love your tutorials ❤❤❤
I'm gonna try to achieve the same shader in Houdini + Renderman. Thanks for the tutorial, also I take it as a challenge for myself ;)
Have fun!
@@ArchVizArtist It wasn't fun at all and the VCM engine in Renderman dedicated for caustics calculates this for sooo loooong time. But I'm not Pixar with renderfarm so I'm not suppose to use it hah. For my taste, Corona produces the best looking caustics out there.
very nicee tutorial
Thank you! Cheers!
BEFORE USING THE NOISE MAP, HOW DID YOU GET THE CORONA MATERIAL ON THE SLATE?
Its awesome ava thanks.but we want the vray version of it please
cool
Very nice tutorial, I would love to see it on Vray too thak you
Thank you :) in the future we will try to make tutorials for both :)
thank you mam, we want same with v ray
Отлично лайк! а что насчет отражения воды на потолок например . эффект мерцающего отражения... пжлст как это сделать ?)))
Amazing ,good job !!!! Can you share this sence ?
Amazing Video!!!!, can i know where i can get the flamingo?
nice tut, I am a problem with plane geometry, view the triangolation after subdivide modificator and other thing, after change color in SSS the plane view contiune to see in grey, why that? thanks
thanks for another helpful tut.
just one small question
How can we adjust caustics? size dense other
It was cover in the video. Just change the noise size.
How to get rid of a white spots arround the pool caused by caustics?
Thank you! Amazing technique! I just came up to a problem. I made water just like what you did, but the difference is that I used it for an interior pool, the thing is, after assigning mtl to my water obj. all render frame became full of noise! I cant handle it, i changed everything bud everywhere is full of noise, especially lights 🥲 I use corona 7 and 3ds max 2022. Can you help me?
did you solve the problem?
Got confused at the slate material editor part. I followed exactly and I haven't got the material box there to plug into a noise one. I can get the noise box there but no the material. When I tried dragging from the sample slots (the one applied to the plate) it comes up a red and blue version with no diffuse colour option to plug into??
Do you have same water tutorial in vray? Thanks
is it possible to download this scene so we can test it out ? I don't know if you are using HDRI or just corona sun by itself or both
thanks
what is the function of level in noise map?
I'm lighting my scene with a hdri, is there a corona sun "enable caustics" i can use in the hdri settings?
can i add just one "small hint"?
you dont need to subdivide or displace the surface, you can simply use that same map on bump and it works fine ;)
Good hint , another one: just use the noise modifier directly in edit Poly
@@joji9986 noise modifier doesnt have levels. You wont get same result. Its kinda close but its uglier, IMO. Tried for hours here with noise modifier and it didnt work out for me :(
In this course inclued 3d modeling o just render?
First of all, thank you, I applied everything you applied and the result is great, but there was a problem, it started to throw small bright spots to the environment. Is there a solution to this?
you need to make two renders and then in ps to merge them into one...
Awesome tutorial! ...but I everything do like in the tutorial, but can`t get caustics.... I don know why, but caustics disappears (
how we can clear the caustic reflected to another object?
Hi, I can't see the preview of the noise map when I open VFB... can someone help me out? Thanks
Hello, can you help me with water simulation(LOOP) for phoenix in 3Ds max.
your tutorials are a GOD SEND i love them and the way you explain everything ! BUT would it be too much trouble to show corona AND vray settings i get that its double the work but it would be really helpful for vray people that are enjoying your content i bet we are just as many as the corona dudes and dudets
Thank you, we will try to do it for both :)
@@ArchVizArtist again amazing work and thank you :)
which p c best for us
Sadly vray GPU doesn't include caustics...I need to mix the render ( GPU based) with the caustics render element in post. Very helpful tutorial. Keep it up
I didn't know that. Thanks ;)
Please show us how to do the same in vray
I followed ur instructions carefully.. the problem is that my outcome is very dark.. i tryed to decrease noise map size so i would have more caustic effect, I also tryed to play with distance @ volum and sss.. the think is that It becomes much darker after I activate caustics..
Theres another problem that appears when using caustics .. some tiny lights appear on grass nearby.. must be the caustic effect appearing on them.. any idea on how to isolate the effect happening outside the watter?
