I’m never buying Big brand name bikes ever again. Thanks for showing me the truth Harley. Nutrition truth , life truth , cycling truth , cycling industry truth etc. Keeping it real as always .
Sick of people say, after watching this, I will never buy Specialized again, blah blah...basically, it is just like watching a CZcams channel all the time without subscribe it... Specialized has put ton’s research work, investment and marketing $ into its products. There is a reason s-work owners feel proud of owning the product.
People are just buying the brand written on their frames. Look at Pinarello for example. These guys are selling paintjobs for 6000 euros. This is how crazy the marketing power can be.
It’s not just the marketing power. It’s the fragile egos of weak minded individuals, who feel the need to be seen on an expensive rig even if it’s cheaply made. No different than the fools, who go out and wildly overpay for a substandard reliability BMW so they can be seen in one.
I've been riding it for 6 months now. What can I say, best bike I've ever ridden. Super stiff, great cornering, lightweight, direct mount rim brakes, easy to build, great customer service from Windspace.
@@dickieblench5001 I'm 1,90 m and ride size 58. Please ask winspace for a longer fork. Mine at size 58 was a little bit too short that I can not ride any Spacer. But it fits, i don't need any spacers for my fitting. 11cm drop is fine for me according to my bike fitter.
I went crazy and bought two Dengfu frames, an R02 and an R01. I also went even more crazy and purchased a Dura Ace R9100 rim brake for the R01. I'm super excited, I'm a cheap ass even though I could afford any production line bike cash...I currently ride a Sava but I don't like the proprietary seat post and rear derailleur hanger. If you were still able to sell the Pragma frames I would have bought one of those. I appreciate your vids bro.
Harley, you forgot to squeeze/pinch comparison of the down tube. I remember on one of your videos that the new sl7, it shows that it flex when you pinch them. I wonder how it is on this winspace slc. Ty
Would be interested to see how you find the sizing. I know I usually ride a 56cm in other frames and they use a different sizing system (roughly a 55cm in Large and 57.5 in XL) not sure what they sent you but would be great to hear the feedback.
Bro you are starting to look like the before-after photos of the full natts you post. Would love to hear more to what density mol/liter you are maintaining at, how yo do it and how you feel etc.
Serum values vary hour to hour so hard to say exactly. Based on how I feel and on previous blood tests I'd say my testosterone levels on average are 4x higher than the average 20 year old male.
@@DurianriderCyclingTips How long do you plan on maintaining this level? Do you need to cycle on/off and take other stuff? Are there side effects to being on your T level in the long term? Hey brother, what color is this? On the website it says the naked “Kanazawa” has gold decals… or is the one you got in this video the “super light black”?
Is this their "550" size? I know it doesn't matter much, but how tall are you? I'm 181cm, ride a 58 Trek Emonda, and really want this exact frame. Struggling lining the geometries up. If i get a frame with the same reach, the stack drops over 40mm, and it's their 520. This feels like it's a huge jump down, two sizes. Am I crazy?
Bit of a no brainer, not worth spending anything more these days. One could always get a custom paint job the same anyway, but I'd probably get the super light black as well. Still $1830 AUD so prices have crept up over the years but much cheaper than brand name stuff. I paid 2k for an italian made Bianchi frame in 2004 $3500 down to $2k, but those type of deals would be rare these days.
Why don’t you put on campagnolo Chorus considering Shimano is getting rid of top tier mechanical which in my eyes as just as much sacrilege as getting rid of rim brakes

1. He on some next level gear for sure. Different level today. 2. Specialized often give their star riders special custom lay ups. As an owner of a stock SL7 I highly suspect his frame has extra carbon in it for strength and stiffness.
From pics I've seen online etc it looks standard quality. You make a good point and nobody can prove otherwise but comparing to other Winspace SLC I've seen it's the same finish. The S-Works SL7 though....guaranteed problems lol!!

Are those Direct mount Brakes better in Performance? anyhow i love the Design of them , they are slim and low profile

Build it up with Shimano Claris 8 speed. Then do an effort with the winspace and then with the sl7.
