    I learnt the hard way too. It was horrible. Made me so ill too. Put me totally off trying to help organise anything now.
    I get stigmatized aswell that I look clean and tidy and managed to turn up to the appointment. Totally puts you off saying how you really feel inside. I go inwards. Also it goes against me that I have researched about mental health and have the ability to do so. Makes me feel not seen or heard. I've had one total meltdown and it really felt like I was a bit lighter afterwards. I had been clenching it in for 30 years. It has to pop sometime so you can start afresh with 0% air in your bottle.
    Keep going, look after yourself. You are your main priority and don't feel like you have to justify how you are feeling. (the old kettle saying comes to my mind). One day I will get there too. Just got to follow our paths and keep walking. Thank you for your videos and speaking out xx
