Yes I am Vanz. Grew up in the "Scandinavian" area of Minnesota. Norwegians, Swedes, and also Germans primarily. Integration meant getting them to work together. LOL.

Mactan Island had the most immigrants back on the 90s as far as cebu province, then Panglao in Bohol. I don't know the stats now.. I bet expats are everywhere now in Phils. I work for Swedish company for 10yrs back on the 90s and my boss and his European friends were all in mactan and lapu lapu area. I had attended some of their partys then. That time it was there was only 1 dept store then which was GAISANO Mactan.. no grandmall (basak, lapu lapu ) )yet
