Honestly we need more civilization overviews for Age 3

Best designed civ in the game imo, especially now after the rework.

How so? I mean, I get the change from musketeers to rekruts etc. But what else? I want to appreciate these things as a long-time player of AOE3 but only a beginner in DE.

Russian infantry is my personal favorite. They start out severely weakened, but with enough care they become above average and still remain their cheap cost, making them extremely cost-effective
The Russian Pokemon strategy is my personal favorite, where you mass Strelets, let them evolve into Rekruts with Suvorov Reforms, and let them evolve into Northern Musketeers with Milyutin Reforms.

It is better to go for upgrades and advanced arsenal as Northern Musketeers are not trainable

Thanks for this. Most of the time I play Russia.
I love that you can make 3 workers at a time.
    A good all around civ.

Blockhouses can also train artillery with a home city shipment; so essentially it is a mini fort :D

Fun vid. I think my best win rate lately has been with the Russians (I am only intermediate though, nothing pro). It's definitely my best rush civ 1v1 and still great in team games.

Hi why sometimes I win a game but get a loss in my stats that's weird and unfair.. is there a way to fix that?

  • @rezalcardo9645

Yeah, most people always boom so I boom too, when they come to my base and I spam infantry with a strong eco, most ppl calls you cheater xD So if you go vs russia is better to rush it, don't let em get infantry training cards other way they can replace the death military units instantly putting you in a hard position if you don't have base in front of their city.

@archeez7807 I know right. I felt the sadness too. Seemed like something he had planned for a few years. Still sucks though

    1:45 for intro in a 7min video?

    • @SamuraiRevolution

Including the ad yes. I thought of ways to lengthen the video (like more details on unit stats, and step-by-step explanations of strategies) but ultimately, I want to keep these overviews "broad" allowing people to know how they work, but still discover them for themselves.
