@@hehehehex69 it can, but you need to adjust the settings. on esports titles like cs, valo, overwatch you can easily get 100+ fps on med-high settings with this setup. aaa games however is a different question.

i really like having a 1080p monitor over 1440p. the extra performance allows u to hit higher frame rates in AAA games taking more advantage of 144hz monitors. Also since u have higher frames, u can sometimes afford to take a hit on fps and turn on ray tracing which makes more difference visually than the upgrade from 1080p to 1440p! plus if your a person on a budget, so u dont upgrade ur cpu/gpu frequently, sticking with 1080p can actually give you more time before you upgrade. and obviously 1080p monitor is going to be cheaper than a 1440p monitor aswell.
i see people keeping saying 1440p 144hz is the way to go but i personally think 1080p 144hz is the best. plus if you are going to sit and normal distance at a desk, i find 27inch looking too big. i think 24inch is the perfect size when sitting at normal distance.
like theres so many benefits with going with 1080p over 1440p. the only benefit i see from 1440p is just that its higher resolution, and in games like csgo etc where u get over 400+fps, u might aswell opt for 1440p as you got more than enough fps already. so if u only play esports types games like csgo, this is the only time i would recommend 1440p over 1080p (i would also recommend 1440p for work use, as u can fit more stuff on the page, although 1080p is still good enough for this job but as for gaming 1080p all the way)

What about just enjoying open world games like rd2 and Skyrim etc? Not playing competitive and you have a 3060Ti graphics card that can run at 1440p in high settings?
i have a 120hz 3440x1440p ultra wide 1440p, some 1080p good monitor can deliver a nice sharpe detailed image, samsung monitors have good sharpness, but with 1080p you can only play onl 21 to 27 inch monitor, on 1440p you can go as far as 34 inch monitors, still looks sharp, if you want to experience the openness of the world in tripple AAA games, have more immersion, as the field of view is higher, ..... cost wise 1080p you can enjoy all new games in high setting with older gen cards like gtx 1060, ive been using budget low cost in the past, i still budget, but i wait for discounts on parts like processors and ram, AMD cpu always drops in price so waiting can save u some, just keep an eye , better deals and discounts always appear every few months, budget on things that dont have much impact on performance, and spend as much as i can on a gpu, like an rtx 3070 or 3060ti at the end of the day, 1440p monitor you can still use it in 1080p, or you can play in 1440p and use DLSS .... but when you have a bigger monitor 1080p looks blurry lol, depending on how far u sitting away, with 1440p u can sit the same distance away on a 30 inch monitor as you would with a 24 inch, just an example , not a fact lol because a bigger monitor is going to be more fun if it delivers the same image quality and you can see everything better, you can see more because the field view is higher, especially ultra wide monitors, they are the best -

Playing a game in 1440p and 1080p is a night and day difference. 1440p is so much sharper and in games like Battlefield you can see people in great distances way more clear.

Hes Also using MSAA which is not good because of the high fps usage and it doesnt really give you much.
hes using x4 msaa that absolutely kills fps. this card can support rdr2 at 2k ultra settings 60 fps no problem

many of these games will be incorrect for some of you depending on your other hardware factors. his exact setup for performance. i don't know the rest lmao but main pc specs are Ryzen 5 5600x, 3060Ti , 32GB 3600MHZ
As long as you have those specs u should expect similar performance.

( in the mobo website says " SR SR SR SR 2933mhz max ) that's why i suppose and get to the conclusion , that using 2x sticks of ram for example 2x 16GB can run the higher possible speed for example 4000mhz at 18 CL timings stable which it would be impossible with 4x 8 sticks of ram memory , this is what i am asking ,i do not know it for 101 % sure.
im not arguing i just never tried by my self but ppl says that its possible only on amd threadripper which supports quad channel

@@cristopherpincay6801 i suggest you LG 24gn600 or LG 24gn650 (the difference in the 650 is just the better stand but the panel is the same. 1080p 144hz ips, i have it myself and can't recommend enough, i went with the 650model)

I've got a RTX3060 ti with a Ryzen 9 3900x. I have yet to run into a game that bottlenecked my CPU. Games are still very playable at 1440 with the 3060ti. I'm picking up a 4k monitor soon, so I will see how it handles that. I'm guessing I might need to upgrade my GPU. Great video!!
4k is still fine with 3060TI she can handle it okayish (but most likely with a bit of downgrades to graphic settings) but you need to remember that the 3060TI is a perfect card for WQHD (1440p) Gaming
