Yeap, this is a song from the movie 'DeivaThirumagal', a Tamil (Indian) film, which is a remake of the movie 'I am Sam'. Maybe I'm biased, but I definitely like this version better, because I can really see the effort the hero (the father) put in his character. I strongly recommend you to watch this movie with English subtitles, it will definitely be a very nice experience. P.S. It is a very emotional movie, so do keep a box of tissue beside you.
