If we're talking about personal taste, any opinion is valid and respectable. But if we're talking about prediction, by predicting that from this pack Greece is not going to qualify you're putting your professionalism in question
Whether it's prediction or personal taste on social media, it's the same. The magic around Eurovision has gradually been destroyed by the various 'experts' 'raters' 'polls', and so on. It's not exciting anymore. I have always followed Eurovision, and have looked forward to seeing the artists perform, their outfits, reactions from the audience on the evening etc. It's almost decided before the show has even started....it's so tiring and it must be SO discouraging for those participating :(

Greece WILL qualify. For some reason you seem to pay attention only to the video clip (I've seen the reaction video) and you don't go past it to focus on Marina's vocal abilities. I really like your commentaries on Eurovision, and from previous years as well, but I really don't get it since when the commentary/reaction has shifted from the vocal to the visual part. Probably Greece will be 4th or 5th in the finals and you are saying she is not going to qualify. Also, Malta and Albania possibly will be one of the non-qualifiers. Because televoters don't care about them. They are fine performers and that's all. Especially Kaleen is the worst. I recommend you to watch their live performances. Norway gives us the most difficult song to perform. Maybe Gate has some issues with the perfection, but that's fine. She will perform a song that the others wouldn't even handle the first half of it.
Greece, Armenia & Norway NQ? Greece and Norway are fan favourites and Armenia chose a song that truly represents their country and has been predicted to do well in the semi final. Estonia as well, even though they weren’t one of my qualifiers initially they have grown on me a lot and I want them to qualify now!

As most wrote, these are more your preferences than predictions, but that’s ok. But you can see a pattern - you really do not like the songs with ethno or folk melodies: Greece, Armenia, Estonia… For instance, for me these songs pop and they are what makes Eurovision interesting. A song can be good even if it is not a definition of typical western pop.

My favorites of semi-final 2 would have been a better title for this video. Because I feel like these are YOUR favorites and that is okay!
