Slam cycle more trust, especially before and leading up to fights, you'd have twice as many ults a game and consistently have like 150 overhealth

@@idothefunnies1636 it's when u slam into a lot of enemies and punch out and then engage fully after. It gives u overhealth for when u fully commit and generates a lot of ult charge. Its especially good into brawl comps cause they tend to be grouped so u hit more ppl with ur slam.

quick question, how valuable are you to your team? for example if you have the ocassion to jump in and kill a healer and a dps but die, does this put your team at a disadvantage?

Yes, as the tank you wanna be alive almost 99% of the time because if you die first especially if your kills weren’t significant enough then your throwing the team fight. remember always play your life, even if your team dies as long as you don’t you can start the 2nd fight earlier
