I concur with your assessment of TOBS Jermyn, it is an excellent scent. I also really like their coconut, sandalwood and rose scents. Okay, I admit it, I just like all of their soaps!

I love the TOBS Jermyn Street cream lovely scent, the Body shop activist edt is a very similar scent too it, for me. The Goatee is looking good Paul, and another great video, enjoy the beef Stew!

Great shave brother. I agree,there are some scents that speak of home and comfort and feeling good. For me its the Gillette foamy red scent, definitely because it's what my Dad uses.

Great shave Paul, just bought myself the Wilkinson Sword classic from Tesco and to be honest i'm blown away at the quality of it, really nice heavy feel to it and it feels like it was built to last just like the old vintage Gillette razors, In my opinion its a steal at only £15, I used the blades that came with it and had an awesome shave which was a surprise as I've never got on well with Wikinson Sword blades but its like you said in a previous video, sometimes you find an ideal match with blade and razor but i cant wait to try it with my favourite Personna red blades or the Astra sp. Sadly Tesco dont seem to stock the Palmolive shave sticks anymore but hopefully they'll still be avaliable elsewhere for many years yet.

On remembrance Sunday it does make you think how they managed to shave in World War One. Cold water and blunt razors. I've read that they'd use cold tea rather than muddy cold water. Until 1916 they had to wear a moustache and it was an offence not to shave. We today are incredibly fortunate. Thank you.
Saxilby Joe, it was an offense NOT to shave because soldiers HAD to be able to get a good seal for the gas mask. To promote that purpose, the American AEF were sent over with Gillette safety razor kits. After the war a million men returned to America as Gillette safety razor fans who kept their razors and used them for many years.

I was thinking after seeing this cream if you had any problems with soaps/creams that gone bad. I have in my den 60 soaps/creams and I was told that all of them or most of them will go rancid! I use them all, ok, almost all in a rotation, but I end up don't know what to do!

It almost feels like not shaving when growing a mustache and chin beard. Those are the two hardst areas to shave closely. You;ve cut about 10 minues off your usual video length because you're not shaving the mustache area and chin. Thanks for answering my question about what it says on the Wilkinson Sword razor box.

Hi Paul, TOBS's, Jermyn Street line is, IMO, is as "good as it gets" regardless of price.I can't find a DE which will return as comfortable a shave as a Mach III though. Babyface I guess. Cheers. Ron

The little 12M at the bottom of the label is meant to be the expiry. It means the product should be used within 12 months of first opening the product. I have only had a problem with 1 product I used after this date which was Proraso green, and I had a severe reaction warranting a trip to the doctor. But most products I have no problems with, and everyone's skin will react or not react differently.👍🏻

It definitely will depend on your skin and the soap. I also have the Proraso red which is about 2 years old and have had no problem with that. 👍🏻

Wish I could use TOBS, but, alas I am allergic to their base.
I thought so to at the beginning. But now i think it was not slick enough. I have a sensetiv skin and need really slick stuff. When i tried again i put glycerin in it and normally using shaving oil. No problems than. And i so much love the scent of the eaton college.
But have to say,for that money should be slicker...
