I had a feeling you going to love this one. Luka has some amazing support and he deserves even more. This song as he said himself is about climate change. Dahlia is metaphor here because Dahlia can't survive the winter so as annomalia it's a pointer of change in climate and also moves you to keep her safe.
He never makes songs with only one meaning so we can all be creative. ❤

This one, as every Luke's songs, has many possible interpretations, but I'll give you mine when I first heard it.
World ones was full of sun (peace, harmony) but it fell under snow and winter (violence, destruction , ..)
Everything bloomed under the sunny summer but it gets dead under the winter just like all life dies and suffers when harmony gets replaced with chaos. So winter dahlia is every living thing still resilient under that snow, and every thing we wanna keep safe from destruction of the today's world. Song is a reflection on the current world vs the one we could have. So we should keep safe precious things that are life ... nature, people, etc ...
