Why company is not providing user manual to cutomers. After multiple requests company is not providing user manual.
I bought this in Hyderabad. The seller was totally ignorant of its working. I managed to make it work but after a few months it stopped functioning. The seller replaced it with a different model which is not 5G compatible. The sellers rep does not know anything about it. It is completely useless. Please don't buy this item unless you want to waste money.

Very worst product, worst service from the company, don't ever buy. I have purchased a new ROBO L VAC+VOICE on 24.02.2022 which was defective replaced by another defective on 12.08.2022 one and later replaced the third time on 07.9.2022. the said machine is also malfunctioning now. When I lodged service compliant on 18.06.2022, they are saying yesterday after a lapse of 11 days, I've to pay a service charge of Rs. 530.00 as my machine is out of warranty. But the correct one is supplied to me on 07.09.2022.
This company is the worst ever, because I was using an aqua guard water purifier because of this worst service I've changed the brand. My service compliant with video door phone is not attended but they have closed after a lapse of 2-3 months saying model of service compliant is different.
So please don't ever buy any of the products of this company.

It stopped working in 6 months. I have raised complaints for service but no no one attended. I have waited for more than a month for the service. It has been the worst customer experience and I regret of purchasing this product.
