- www.gilhedley.com In this video I identify easy landmarks enabling you to palpate the radial, median and ulnar nerves. To track these nerves up close in the laboratory, along with the accompanying muscle tissues and fascia, Explorer members of my website can watch Anatomy from A to Z courses 6 and 12, Enjoy!

Great review! Really helps to visualize the wrap around to the back of the radial nerve 😊
Thank you, glad it helps!
"Two sticky outie bits"-I love the way you bring complex anatomy right down to the basics. 😂 Thank you!
Thank you Stephanie! Keepin' it real here, haha!
hi Gil ,
i lots of nerve challenges, so this is helpful , even placing my fingers on areas you spoke about helps, some.
i am hoping to one day heal all the emotional tenses i give myself.
It might be good if you work with someone in Somatics, movements we could help ourselves heal what you speak of.
Yes indeed, thank goodness we can reach out for help, we ALL could use some assistance from one another now and then!

Thanks for the second round of kindness Marguerite, I misstated something in the first iteration of this video and had to swap in this edit!!
@@somanaut it's really good fun learning Gil ☺️ 😊 😄 I did enjoy going over the arm nerves before bedtime.
Plexus is one of my favorite words.
It’s always a pleasure to see your videos. Thanks.
This structure with the thoracic outlet are important for therapists treating chronic pain.
Early on this bundle passes deep to the anterior scalene. Chronic pain to the wrist and thumb can be elusive if the therapist isn’t aware of the pain referral pattern.
Compressed blood vessels is another related condition.
Cool stuff! I'm a huge plexus fan too ahaha!
jeff do you show movements that could help us ?
