  • www.gilhedley.com In this video I identify easy landmarks enabling you to palpate the radial, median and ulnar nerves. To track these nerves up close in the laboratory, along with the accompanying muscle tissues and fascia, Explorer members of my website can watch Anatomy from A to Z courses 6 and 12, Enjoy!

    hi Gil ,
i lots of nerve challenges, so this is helpful , even placing my fingers on areas you spoke about helps, some.
i am hoping to one day heal all the emotional tenses i give myself.
It might be good if you work with someone in Somatics, movements we could help ourselves heal what you speak of.

Plexus is one of my favorite words.
It’s always a pleasure to see your videos. Thanks.
This structure with the thoracic outlet are important for therapists treating chronic pain.
Early on this bundle passes deep to the anterior scalene. Chronic pain to the wrist and thumb can be elusive if the therapist isn’t aware of the pain referral pattern.
Compressed blood vessels is another related condition.
