    [Ingredient]
    -3.5 cups nuts
    (pecan, walnut, almond, peanut, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, etc.)
    -2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp olive oil, 8~10 tbsp grain syrup
    *You can use honey, oligosaccharide, other syrup instead of grain syrup.
    -1 tbsp cinnamon powder
    -3 tbsp craisins or raisins
    -1 tbsp lemon zest
    -1~2 tbsp sesame seeds
    (I skip this, but it gives more savory and delicious taste)
    [How to make]
    1. Put the nuts into a sifter and sift out the shells.
    2. Roast the nuts for 3 minutes over low heat and move into a bowl.
    3. Put water, oil and syrup in the pan and wait for the syrup to boil.
    4. When it boils up, add all the roasted nuts and mix them.
    5. When the nuts are properly roasted, add cinnamon powder, raisins, lemon zest and sesame seeds.
    6. When it turns like a spider web turn off the heat and shape it in a square mold.
    7. Cool it down enough at the fridge for 30 minutes or at room temperature for 1 hour.
    8. When it is 90 percent cooled, cut it into the size you want.
