It should surprise no one that the Heat are a dangerous team given what they've accomplished this season and the last few seasons. This is a wake-up call for the Nuggets.

The Nuggets never underestimated the Heat. They just got outworked and committed too much frustration plays. It was a hard fought win for the Heat.

They lost by THREE points, and it all boils down to Miami's insane 4th quarter performance and Denver's horrific 4th quarter performans. KCP had sam insane fouls on shooters an MPJ was a total no-show. Everybody on Miami team played great. And STILL won only by 3. But loss is a loss, and Nuggets are going to find it tough now to win in Florida. If Miami continues to shoot like this, Denver is in serious trouble...
Plus the refs help miami heats momentum.... those 3 consecutive miss call offbound was crazy, jokic was furious but stayed professional... And the goaltend by bam was big miss call the momentum killer... They could have got the momentum and win that game

Denver making the same mistake all the teams in the East did. Not respecting the heat and given the effort required. They were more aggressive and focused with the lakers because of their respect for Lebron.

Problem with Denver, they were always regarded as underdog, even when they were not really underdogs. For example, when they were against the Suns, they had better record but people called KD & Booker to win against them; when they were against the Lakers, even though the Lakers were 7-seeded team, people expected the Lakers to win. Now, for the first time, they are considered favorite and this probably could have put them at easy, especially after Game 1 win. This loss should be a wake-up call for Denver, especially if they want to avoid the fate of Bucks, Knicks and Celtics.

I totally disagree with Murray about the low assists from Jokic. When Jokic has many assists, the Nuggets will win the game if Murray play with discipline. Jamal Murray is not on that level yet to earn an NBA title. He does not have what it takes. Murray stinks. So he should get his head out of his -- to play well. Jokic with 4 assists is not gonna cut it. Win or go home.
