One thing you probably missed is that you are able to set a standby garrison lead in standby category which then auto swaps. Far less stressful swapping captains+ they can send full marches

Can you have standby troops while fort is building also,can you have 1 March in the rally or garrison and another in standby?how many marches can you have in standby? Will the rally only launch once all standby troops are in the rally March?

No changing troop types 😅 you can put artifact on commander to change the buffs given to a troop type tho however

no need to scout. just watch the white numbers the rally/garrison is doing. once they start to drop significantly you'll know they are out of standby troops
