I was in a LDR relationship before we got married last week
He’s in the Uk while I’m in Nigeria
I can say everything in this video is absolutely true,they worked for us and they made LDR easy except the sexual part sha cos me I’m a shy person abeg😂

The first 3 months of LDR wasn’t easy for me we fought almost everyday cos of lack of understanding but we talked things through and it got better and my man is always assuring me that also calmed me down

Even though we are miles apart,I mostly know what he’s up to every time and vice-versa cos we carry each other along in everything, we don’t keep secrets

Very possible. We had this fear too, tho he was somewhat certain that we will click… make video calls with full body and all,,, like you’re beside him/her… try to find out as much as you can before you meet… I think you just have to find out and when you finally meet, give it time… just try to meet on time, so you don’t waste too much time.

You are two different humans, to make things worse you are not present physically… so fights are inevitable…. In our case, we do more of video calling instead of chatting… important information get lost in the chats..
My man is very expressive! & he will always want us to talk about anything and ensure we don’t leave anything unaddressed for too long. Thats where effective communication comes in… Always be ready to talk, & be quick to apologize when you’re wrong.
In a LDR and it's not been easy at all. We are actually losing communication due to his work and other pressing issues. He can go days without reaching out. It triggered me and I confronted him but instead of addressing the issue, it was more like gaslighting. I don't know what to do anymore.
