Pac did want us to be accountable for our actions and I don’t know many top tier rappers that will hold our feet to the fire these days. Nobody wants to hear it.

I was in absolute tears when the video started and he was shot and the first verse started. The tears have come back again now as I'm typing... Tupac having come from a theatre background was able to wrench your emotions as a very good theatre performace can, but he did it through his music. Never mind Shakespeare, we had Tupac.
I don't know if anyone else has mentioned but the people in the background when he goes to heaven are supposed to be black musical legends that have passed away. You may have noticed the lookalikes of Nat King Cole, Marvin Gaye, Sammy Davis Junior, Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley and Louis Armstrong to name a few off the top of my head.
I think you expended too much energy on this person that tried to pull you down on CZcams, but it's out of order that he went out of his way to get you blocked in several countries. You can kinda see what Pac was going through when he was just minding his business doing his own thing and even tying to help others along the way, then people were trying to bring him down and when he reacted they then turned him out to be the bad person. Anyway please don't get all Tupac on this guys ass. It ain't worth it. #LordKnows.

  • @habitatnative
    @habitatnative Před 2 lety +6

The names (geronimo &mutula) dedicated at the end of video were black panthers. I study indigenous history as im ojibwe/cree. One thing that most Tupac fans miss is the correlation between black panther members names and native Americans. Geronimo & Tupac (the 2nd) were both native American rebels. Geronimo was apache who gave the US army hell and tupac was incan who gave spain hell. Leads credence to the fact that the panthers were well read, educated and admired native American legends. Tupac shukar was technically our third tupac In history. Not only did he share the first name with the incan tupac but also his middle name amaru. So tupac shakur was pretty much born to be of significance in history and his life/body of work proved it!

God communicates to us in many ways.
2Pac was paranoid about everyone because of the trauma put on by those who weren't ready for his kind of teachings or jealousy. aka the world.
And he also manifested it himself with his lyrics. Biblical. Speak life into your life. And residuals.
Work one time & continue to earn money from that one time of working. Pac's drive to get stuff out could been him knowing something was coming?
Yet, these many years later, his children or kin should still be making money from his one time works. Residuals.
But his vision to do in the hoods still must be done.
Snoop probably done the little league parts because or for Pac.
I can't think of a better way to honor your homeboy than to fulfill his dream for him, if he passed.
If any money was made from it, break his family off some of it, righteously.
      Simple.

Mutula Shakur is Tupacs Step dad. He is the father of Tupacs other siblings, Mopreme and Sakyiwa Shakur from Afeni. Geronimo Pratt was a high ranking member of the Black Panther Party and was Tupacs godfather.
Geronimo served 27 years in prison and was released a year after Tupac's death. His conviction was vacated due to the prosecution's having concealed evidence that proved his innocence.

He was married to Afeni Pac’s mom and was Pac Stepdad and his sister and brother’s father. Geronimo Pratt Activist in Black Panther party falsely accused of a crime and incarcerated but studied law and had charges overturned due to evidence the authorities withheld to sway the jury that he was 400 miles away at the time of alleged crime. 2 very influential figures in history 💯

I feel like each version of Pac's songs (OG, album, remix, music video, released pre/post death, done by different producers) are unique in their own ways. Tupac was very complex and shared many sides of himself you'll notice as you progress through his tracks. I'm always waiting to see which track you're gonna do next.

Another thing that makes Tupac the G.O.A.T. is the fact that "Old School" rap/hip-hop the radio version was always corny where they just added a rhyming word to get air play, but Tupac actually made sense in his radio version of an explicit song with an entirely different verse!!!

Great Reaction Homie! Classic song! A lil breakdown, " Besides bumping and grinding, wasnt nothing on our mind" (Bumping and Grinding was a hit song in the 90s by singer R.Kelly) "In time we learn to live a life of crime, rewind me back to a time much to young to know" (Rewind as in going back before learning about sex and crime and rewind as in rewinding a song like Bumping and Grinding). Pac was a very good actor as well. He did 6 movies all 2gether and the actor who play his homie in the video, he a movie with Pac called "Gridlock" right before Pac had pass.

A lot of what he rapped about in 'Thug Mansion' is put into this video. Where he talks about Billy Holiday singing and things like that. That's Red Fox, a comedian that passed away, who welcomes him at the beginning. If you hear the music, this one is actually live musicians. Hector, you're response to the nefarious dude is some serious Big Dick Energy that you're pumping into the stratosphere. Flip the script and make it work = the way forward. Mad respects. Actually to quote Pac it's a simple case of 'You cant see me'.
Great reaction again. Tune is a true banger. So emotional. Kind of makes a mockery of the opinions many hold that Tupac was just a thug doesn't it? As you know and already reacted to many of them; there are plenty of other similar songs with similar vibes.
    Take it ez

As for who the guy who shook his hand in the beginning when he arrived in "Heaven" I believe based off the voice the elder was suppose to be a representation of Redd Fox a legendary African American comedian and actor. Pac was a big fan of his. All the other people were legendary African Americans in the entertainment industry who he looked up to and admired who'd all passed on before Pac.
And yes, Jerri Curls we're the bomb but that ish was a hot mess especially in the summer months. You had to carry a towel around with it or else you'd ruin somebody's furniture with the juice dripping from your head 😊. You'd even ruin your clothes from the drip 😁. Then you'd have to carry the spray around with you to spritz your hair while you were out to keep it looking fresh. But everyone had them.

Hey dude- loving the 2PAC reactions. Been bumping his music since ‘97 one year after his death. His lyrics made such an impact on the person I am today. Just a small recommendation for you… There’s a dedication song to 2Pac that I think you’d really like and it would be cool to get a reaction of it… Naughty By Nature’s song ‘Mourn You Til I Join You’ (dedicated to 2PAC) please check out the video to that…. It will give you those shivers (goosey’s) big time! In the song Treach basically talks about 2PAC’s life (i.e. trials & tribulations)…. It’s definitely the best dedication out there. There are some others like Yukmouths ‘Still Ballin’ which is also a 2Pac dedication and many others but I honestly believe you’ll appreciate the Naughty by Nature one. Be prepared to get you’re emotions messed up though! Anyway much love and keep em coming; David (36) Ireland.
