Orange Chicken Recipe In Bengali | How To Prepare Delicious Panda Express Orange Chicken At Home
ORANGE CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS :
Chicken : 500 gm ( boneless) ; Salt :1 teaspoon; Baking Soda : 1/2 teaspoon; Black Pepper; Ginger Paste : 1/2 teaspoon; Garlic Paste : 1/2 teaspoon; Lemon Juice : 1/2 Lemon; All Purpose Flour : 1 cup; Egg : 1 pc; Corn Flour : 1 tablespoon; Chopped Garlic : 1 teaspoon; Chopped Ginger : 1/2 teaspoon; Chopped Red Chili : 1teaspoon; Brown Sugar : 1/4th cup; White Sugar : 1/4th cup; Lemon Juice : 1 teaspoon; Orange Juice : 1/2 cup; Soy Sauce : 1 teaspoon; Vegetable Oil : 1 cup
PROCESS :-
Take 500 gm boneless chicken. Cut the chicken 1 inch cube. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste and 1/2 lemon juice. Marinate the chicken for half an hour. After half hour add 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 egg to the chicken. Mix the ingredients properly. Then heat the vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken separately. After fry the all chicken pc then heat the pan and add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. Then add 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger and 1 teaspoon chopped red chili. Then add 1/4thcup brown sugar, 1/4th cup white sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Cook 2-3 mins at high flame. Then add 1/4th cup water, after adding water add orange juice. Cook for 5 mins then add 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 table spoon corn flour. After cooking 5 min add all fried chicken . Mix the sauce with chicken then add 1 teaspoon sesame oil. And garnish with spring onion then serve it.
