The best part of the delivery of these insults is that neither of the hicks move from where they are. Wayne is leaned up against the produce stand like he doesn't give a fuck, and Daryl is so far slouched back that he might as well have melted into his chair. It's the posture of people who are completely unimpressed by what they're seeing.

Recently started watching Letterkenny. I was pretty much on board through that whole scene, but once he got to that last line, I was sold on the show.

Had a Canadian workmate here in Australia, he was getting in the work truck to be taken to the next location and noticed some sturdy looking gloves sitting on the passenger side seat, he said "pretty rugged work gloves" at which point the driver replied "they're mountain gloves for mountain men" trying to sound tough as a joke, canadian replied "you mount a lot of men do ya?".
Same guy was slogging it out working in the rain with me, we were drenched from arse crack to toes when the boss came by in the work vehicle and said out the window as he slowly drove past "where else would you rather be" canadian replied "at your funeral".
Guy was a laugh, 56 years old and drank a bottle of vodka every night.

The way that the guy repositioned his baseball ball cap so carefully and precisely got me and at the very end you hear one of them mumble "never buy you a coke." is just the best little finishing touch.

I watched a couple dozen or so youtube clips before I started the series. I was surprised how sweet the show actually is. You really start to get an affection for the characters beyond the insults and oddities.

God i wish i could experience this scene for the first time again, i had to pause the show i was laughing so hard. Never has a show made me love it so much in the first minute as this one.
