Iron deeficiency anemia was discribed with all lab values like low mcv, ferritin, TIBG. So you had to choose the diagnosis only.
Hello respected preeti mam , in medicine deepak sir told pnemococcus is also India ink positive. In meningitis cases if both options r given we should ans in accordance with sugar values in CSF . In this q sugar is Normal so ans is cryptococcus
The question was something like, there is a child age 4 years his father had enucleation, child has white reflex. It was no so straight forward but doable.

In that question there was mentioned like some one had rheumatic fever and sore throat history nd then later on diagnosed with endocarditis. And in option there was not strep. Pyogenes bcoz i was hunting of that word instead of that there was strep aureus and rest are same. And image was same nd then In the end i marked viridan.

Pt had typical symptoms of parkinson, like cogwheel, bradykinesia etc so imahe was given of lewy body that was the answer.
In question stem there was no mention of any body.
Since the image given was bit unusaul that we find in many apps , but it was surely lewy body.
