Last game needs some improvements in animations, for example at 8:20 the swinging could have a more appealing, perhaps, faster pace animation to really capture the attention of players in your game, especially since this is the moment where ‘action’ should i say would be the most drawing in if this makes any sense.

My suggestion is like have a YT keep posting about your game and dont overwork yourself like as soon as you start you thinks about like say more complicated stuff but start of with a basic map and dont do to many things at a time
Maybe it’s literally just a “ discipline” type issue or something. You gotta force yourself. Motivation is temporary, you get bored of what you do when it’s something that takes a long period of time and apparently it happens with businesses and gam dev all the time. There’s “ beginner game dev “ guides that say you shouldn’t do what you’re doing unless you’re truly sure that the game will run into a big problem. It’s normal you just gotta stick to it and get it out there.

For Game 3: biggest tip I could give is quite hard but for a battlegrounds game try to make combos as its individual hits, the best way to do it is.
Sword-midrange fast attacking, slashes
Axe- longrange slow attacking, slashes
Spear- long range midspeed attacking, thrusts
Hammer-low range midspeed, wings(probably high damage to balance)
they seemed to have gotten combos down now but probably try renaming it since its not a battlegrounds game really
before i started making games, i spent around 3 YEARS just in a couple of flat baseplates making whatever i could, then i made my actual first game with my friend and it took off. isn't doing the best but still going strong (play grapple climb by dummy games)

I do see a big problem with the last game. Within the PVP it’s very slow and janky for a battlegrounds game. I think A PVP based game should have amazing PVP or else it’s pointless

Hello Angel,
We tried making the game with a slower pace than most, so in that regard, it's intentional. The PvP is modified for about 20-35 players in game at once, and though we are modifying our gameloop as we speak, it's only getting slightly faster pace.
@@Timecraft_Studios I feel if that’s the case then you have to implement some sort of extra piece to make the combat interesting because then it’ll feel like pvp from a combat clicker game. I’d say you’d have to add things like throwable items like grenades and such to add in between the hits and implement it in a way that it won’t feel like spam pvp in blox fruits. If it were me and we went that route, I would add 2 item slots that can be activated during combat with cooldowns depending on the item and think of adding a lock-in where you’re locked in to whoever you’re fighting until you run away for a certain period of time or someone wins and then you move on to the next person. Within items I’d add things like grenades and abilities like teleportation that teleports you behind your enemy and much more which I feel like can add more of a combo feel and make the fighting faster pace and more complex without making the M1s faster at all. That’s my opinion though
