Thanks for creating this video, Vasily! I believe you made a great point mentioning that it is important to grow parallely on and off the platform. I believe both areas feed and benefit from each other, with the creation of a solid portfolio and client pool you can have a healthy lead ecosystem to sustain your business. I have personally been positively impacted by this new rating system, the update put me with a perfect score on all areas and now eligible for TRS. I also understand that this change has taken the community by storm, specially if it lowered their seller level. It feels like if the platform was "weeding" or "cleansing" its sellers and perhaps making space for a new generation of talent to grow, where the buyer experience is in focus and where we have to go beyond delivering a good result for a 5 star rating. We have to make sure that the entire buyer-seller interaction has a positive note and hopefully this can raise the platform as a whole in the level of quality, communication, and standards. I am curious to see what happens after March 14th once everything goes fully live, but I see the potential for these changes having a positive impact after some time, we will see!
Absolutely, working on my website and add campaign. This system is so ridiculous as doesn't explain well the process of valuing success score that affects a lot the seller level. Maybe works for seller who do many orders, maybe also cheap, not for who do less even if with high quality..still Fiverr (5$)

Unfortunately, we are not in control, we can only share our feedback and showcase them what they can do better. But in the long term I am sure there will be more opportunities to scale our journey even more on the platform.
Whatever.....This new system just doesn't make sense!!! How did they get the idea: stricter, the better??? I have seen so many great freelancers losing their account due to getting 4/5 score. And a couple of them are in TRS dealing with thousands of orders and clients over the years....Fiverr wants to tell us these people, all these times, were doing low quality work????? This simply doesn't make sense!!! What Fiverr did was to play game with its freelancers! Fiverr simply didn't care about the 'problematic buyers' whose main purpose in life seem to be destroying sellers's account!!! Fiverr says, a seller has to feel good even if an evil buyer kicks in the seller's b-u-t-t for nothing....What!! Fiverr has created a system where the sellers are just 'criminals' and disposable!!!
I agree that it will be challenging but maybe it's time to also work on your website, getting clients outside of the platform as well? What you have done on Fiverr, can be 10x outside of the platform.
this content maker said overall success score is divided by the individual gigs, (meaning average I guess) yet I have two Gigs being rated 7 and 8 yet the overall is 6 😂 wtf. Also, when I reached to support to explain why they do not include another major Gig of mine in the ratings they replied I didn't have any recent completed orders which is ridiculous because I had many these last 3 months and I just completed a big one 2 days ago and another one like a week ago. It's as if they have no idea what they are talking about.
Thank you for this especially your clarification on order volume. I am a qualitative data analyst so my kind of work is not one of getting volumes of orders. I might need to focus on training and coaching to improve the volume.

I had level 1 and was able to promote my gigs, but my success score dropped to 4 and I lost the ability to do so. Will this affect the visibility of my gigs? How can I remedy this if I now have significantly less bookings?
It's ridiculous. I have Gigs with completed orders in previous months and even this week and they don't even appear to be computed in the ratings. Then they compute only two, one of which is rated 7 and the other 8 but somehow the overall result shows up to be 6 😂. Wtf. Clearly the system has some screws loose. They also claimed one of my Gigs has no recent completed orders (well it does, I just completed 2 oreders with that Gig) so not sure what they are smoking. Then they claim "we look at wider timeframe" and they still do not include my orders in the computed ratings. Ridiculous inconsistencies. I have every other metric rated at 100%. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that they are actually silly enough to use AI in scanning our conversations and deciding to rate us based on that crap.
Quick question on fiverr pro, im on level 2 and my sales have flatlined as im at capacity and at max price bearable for the market so long term i want to apply for fiverr pro but do i start at zero and lose all my reviews from my current gig? Thanks again
No, you won't lose. Your current gigs will get transformed into Pro and you need to make sure you are charging at least $100 or more per gig. If your prices are lower then Fiverr Pro might not be the best option for you.

that's what happens in the begining, don't worry Fiverr will ban them. Also this tends to happen everytime you post a new Gig, for a day or two and then it stops.
I'm about to give the middle finger to Fiverr. They are not transparent when making decisions... they never have been. They don't care about about sellers to the point that they will whore them to no limit just to keep a difficult customer happy. The seller has always been the first to get screwed on Fiverr. Then the buyer ans the last one to get screwed has always been Fiverr itself.
Hey Nico! I know it can be frustrating but I see Fiverr is a learning school because if you focus on what you leant on Fiverr and apply it to your agency outside, you can get a lot better results. Everything that is happening is a for a good cause for you. For me I have lost over $10k on Fiverr in the last 30 days, it's frustrating too, but we learn a lot from this.

It can, I will suggest to reach out to some loyal buyers you had and try to re engage them again.

No, you won't lose. Your current gigs will get transformed into Pro and you need to make sure you are charging at least $100 or more per gig. If your prices are lower then Fiverr Pro might not be the best option for you.
