It’s chao-time! Now, you can easily recreate your favorite fried rice from the popular Chinese food chain in the Philippines. Watch Chef Tatung as he quickly whips up a super easy chao fan. INGREDIENTS
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/4 cup ground pork
1/4 cup Silver Swan Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons Silver Swan Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1 egg
1 cup cooked rice
1/4 sachet Wow Sarap All-in-One Seasoning Granules
2 tablespoons minced carrots
1/2 cup chopped water spinach (kangkong, stalks included)
spring onions
cooking oil
