- We installed this @milltekcorp catback on this customers G42 M240i recently! What do you think?
The G42 M240i shares the same B58 as our MK5 Supra so we had a pretty good idea of how great this single turbo straight six would sound with this Milltek exhaust system!

Very good 👍🏻 @bmptuning good content I got this on my G20 M340i full catback and personally speaking I wasted £1800 😅 not made a big difference.
Mine is EU MY22 with a blocked DP now I’m looking for AA DP to get the full potential from the lovely B58 💪🏻
I reckon just the OPF delete pipe on OEM back box will sound similar if anyone wants to save a few bucks

Is there a big difference between the axleback and catback? I thought G42s dont have resonators so the catbacks were pointless when compared to axlebacks
axlebacks require cutting the factory exhaust - catbacks make more sense if you are wanting the ability to easily swap back to stock with no evidence! Sound wise - likely little difference, but it also depends on the construction of the muffler, material used, etc!
Love everything but the exhaust hanging lower then the factory one. Very noticeable. Does it not tuck up any tighter ?
The tips also look way out of place. The bumper cutouts are made for the shape of the OEM "tips." This exhaust just doesn't look right.
It appears that the bends into the muffler is what is hanging lower - we will have to compare next time we have one in!
It may also be worth reaching out to Milltek and inquiring if there have been any revisions to correct this - as there is likely little adjustment to be made to tuck it up any higher
This exhaust should allow the factory tips to be installed instead - possibly with minor modification, we did not attempt this
Firend i have the question. This exhaust delete DPF, rights? Did you have to remove the DPF in the computer? No engine error?
This version does not delete the DPF. No coding needed, and no check engine lights!
Does Milltek offer this exhaust with OEM style tips?
Not that Im aware of :(

Im really liking how people are modding the M240i myself!
I havent had one, but did have an M2 and sold it, was a bit underwhelming compared to other offerings (for me).
60k car 1$ microphone which make it sound like a motorcycle
Maybe your playback device is $1, sound is crisp/clear and our mics are anything but cheap (sadly).
@@BMPTuning you are using the same device to record audio and video, there is no image stabilization, which means you are not using a professional camera/microphone to record, stay mad
Only person here that seems upset about the 2 microphones used to record the audio seems to be you man... enjoy your life, have a good one
