You can skip the fight at about 9:30 if you go through the hole in the wall to the right, wait for some enemies to spawn and leave then the rest of the motherfuckers won't show up so you can go about your business. That's what I always did but I haven't seen anyone mention it.
As someone struggling to get S ranks on all missions at the moment, I just wanna say your guides have been a godsend. Your combos, techniques, and tactics are practical yet your gameplay is somehow fun and experimental at the same time. Where other combomads feel like players are showing off for the sake of good clips, your fights look genuinely beautiful and fun to watch. I know you're sorta retired from CZcams but I hope if you do see this that you'll know just how big a blessing you have been to so many players :)
I think this is the reason why the Faust hat exist, without him, I would have never been able to get the plat. Seriously, something went very wrong on this particular mission.
true, even with my greatest bestest combo I only managed to get A-rank, so, I assume it needs Royal Block and Release to achieve S-rank, and don't kill enemies too quickly for S style ... in any case, No Damage run is the best solution for this Mission
With the urizen u don't need to fight, evade all his attacks for 1 minute or less i think and the cutscene will play by it self, the easiest no damage method if your previous fights are no damage.
Save scum really save me from a lot of frustration, finally No Damage Run achieved, also thanks for the tips beating the speedy aliens, that's my only concern in this stage xD .. along with the final Nelo Angelo-like knights, predictable but still quite dangerous with his counterattack skill
@@pedrocaules6230 after certain checkpoints you can just quit your game by force (Alt F4 on PC) or PS4 force close... After you continue the game you'll spawn on the last checkpoint without harming your run or points accumulation. But this probably already patched, last time I checked (after Vergil's addition) it no longer works (in Vergil DMD at least, or I was doing it wrong). But you can try it yourself and let us know.
if u use real dt and kill judeca with that it doesnt go down so badly use the move that kills instantly on him and then the other one that uses all the real dt bar to the other ones, it should be 1 last idiot that respawns after u do that combo remaining to get more style before finishing the fight i dont know the names of the movements bc i play it on spanish, and cant tell the keys either because im a keyboard player xd
@@G4kan260 Vergil doesn't count towards base game trophies though. Vergil's so easy that even I, who actually started learning to style only at DMC5, have completed all of DMD on S with him.
thank you so much holy shit! this mission is nightmare, it took me 5 hours to achieve my S rank but I did. I noticed after 6 tries that in no fucking way I would be able to achieve S rank with pure style, luckily you had a no damage video for this one. I was sure that I would be hit in the flame bat room because I missed the RHN timing, decided to not give up and I fucking did it!

I've taken loads of damage in other missions with shittier style ranks and still got a mission S rank in those, but here where I actually style real hard with minimal damage taken, I keep getting an A. Hate this mission.

You can close the application from anywhere and you'll get no penalty for it did it 7 times and still got the no damage bonus. You'll start before a cutscene like at the bat fight.

I SSS'd the entire stage taking minimal damage the whole way thru and it still gave me an A?? After countless tries of this happening, I gave up and just applied copious amounts of mozzarella. 🙅♂🤦♂🤷♂

Waiting for your DMD Vergil Kill Guide for Dante. I manage to kill him but can’t do it with S rank. I even managed to get him with triple charged RHN but even that didn’t give me an S. Would be great to see you dissect his phases for Dante as you did with Nero.
Unless Faust was nerfed, 3x RHN should kill Vergil instantly on any difficulty. 17k points in enough for S-rank. Just wait until he will just roam around you waiting for Stinger, charge RHN. When he will start his next attack, stop charging RHN.

this video perfectly highlights what i hate about this mission, finished being more stylish and using more moves in encounter 2 and lost about 1k style points. 3rd encounter was even better and only 200 points gained which gets lost in the 1 creature encounter anyway so it doesn't even matter, use RHN in encounter 6 and 7 the style goes up, use RHN in the last encounter and the style goes down 300... what is even going on with this game? Capcom really should have just kept the point system from 4 it worked perfectly and it felt like i could freestyle my moves in that game while not denying myself an S, whereas here it feels like i have to play the mission a specific way which just kills the fun of it.

If you suck like me and can't fight the starting queen without damage. You can ex taunt on the first 3 empusas to get dt for sin and easy S. Round trips to keep them at bay and also damage for style. Kill the health bugs so they don't spit at you (or don't, just be quick) and RHN the queen after. Should get you ~5k points for the starting fight.
13:30 that doesn’t work anymore in 2023 because I think they patched it because the BOSS attacks you right away. I had 3 A ranks before the boss fight and instead of doing this at 13:31 I hit the boss with my Demon Mega Form once transformed I held down R2 blasting him with multiple shots until it hit A rank and then pressed triangle button forward to Charge spin in mega devil form almost got a S rank before I won with a A. But at the end Results I still got an S Rank on the level Stylish points 4,146 Bonus Points 8,526 Extra Points 4,100 Total Red Orbs 12,626 S Rank on M10
as long as your DT bar isn't empty, regular block will still count as no damage, watch out for DT bar though, if it's empty, you can't do Block (Royal Block is still invincible though)
Is it possible to do this whole run with just the hat? I finished SoS tonight with the zero damage zero continue run by using the hat, I hate this misson so much 😭
The way it works is if you transform at SSS style rank, you will transform faster and have about 4 seconds of Sin DT where you can transform back. after the 4 seconds are up, Sin DT can't be canceled and will be used as normal.
if you dont want to count 4 seconds in your head like alan said. you generally have the time for 3 moves. i do 2 slashes and a ground pound for max damage. if you need range you can 3-4 meteors or do a dash
I really hate how id doesnt grade you on every fight overall like previous games did but instead on a few specific fights. None of which are the boss btw in this level
Not that it is impossible to enter the two, timed doors at The Part where you first fight the ”flamebat” on Legendary dark knight difficulty. Unless you have bought the super character pack for Dante. This is really frustrating since I’m on a 100% exploration run. Going into Sin devil trigger and using the judgement ability three times in what is probably a one minute timer on the door is impossible lest you.. again.. have a super character with infinite DT

Because its teleports like a chiken and the others enemys hit me and not have a No Damage Bonus. And the boss in that misión too give me troubles. Y really greatfull that you can help me and the others suscribers if have troubles too. Thanks a lot.
Yes, not only do you get 2.0x score from no damage, it stacks with the no continue bonus too. You could technically kill every enemy in this stage with nothing but faust and as long as you take no damage you get an S rank.
yesterday five hours to get an S rank on devil-hunter, today 3.5 hours on son of sparda... i just can't play as dante and not taking a dmg! im not even worthy of playing this game then, should just quit all together, this game is NOT whimps like me.
It means you can cheat and avoid replaying the stage all over again by loading your save after abruptly shutting off the game. Quitting with the regular menu saves your mistakes, but closing the application or shutting the game off doesn't.
@@chris.cage20 Yeah it works for every mission and every difficulty except HAH. However you can only do it after your game saves. After a fight or touching a statue you'll see "saving" in the bottom right corner. This will be where you continue from if you close your game. So for example on mission 8, Nero doesnt get an auto save until 4 fights into the stage, so if you quit before you see the saving icon, it'll start you from the beginning. Some stages have more auto saves than others, so it varies by stage. In the case of mission 10, you can get an auto save before the fury fight if you use the statue after the 2 chaos fight right before it.

Thanks for the great guides. I've managed to get the Worthy of Legend achievement yesterday, which was the last achievement I needed for 100%.
Before going to a fight you can use flying swords aura from DDS (2 DT bars) and then go Gunslinger, swords will attack the target as a bonus.

You can restart from a checkpoint as long as you have one and the damage you took doesn't get recorded

Can you do this on normal encounters? The first couple encounters i can do no problem, I just get a bit over confident and get hit near the end 😅

So Cerberus is your favorite weapon I assume
Rebellion and cerberus are tied. Cerberus is so easy to use and covers so many needs.
And rebellion is a sword I like.

Save scum is a gaming term for reverting the save without losing anything
