The point is that you can keep eggs in the fridge that won't spoil for up to a year, because they are frozen.
It said they could be prepared in 5 minutes, not be ready to eat.
Things that don't matter:

Got to get one of those non-sticky pans. Mine just creates a whole lot of mess if pour the egg on it.
add butter/oil to the bottom of your pan it makes it non-stick :)
If you put oil on the pan, it dose not make the egg stick, i have a sticky pan too and this is what i do to fix it, it works! Oo, butter works too.
I just love the way there is no salt in each hack👏
