I have a doubt. Is it so direct as you said that if benefic planets influence then all good but if reverse all bad? say, in D9 for leo if Sun itself sits in 1st house as house lord & lord of the chart, is it bad? Or if Mars as a benefic planet for leo, sits in 1st house is it bad based on your 2nd rule? If say, for leo 7th lord Saturn sits with mars in 1st house in D9, then? Your 5th rule can be applied here. Same, if for leo lord of the D9 chart Sun sits in 4th house in the sign of Scorpion, friendly rashi, is it bad?

Sun is a separative planet, it is a karka of ego, this could cause conflicts with partner.

Step 2 - one kundali - where in D9 chart, lagnesh of D9, jupiter is in 7th house. But it is said that wherever jupiter sits, it is not good , does it will make marriage heavy? . Please guide.
This principle is not applicable in D9. Benefic planets in D9 in 7H is a positive indicator. Specially, Jupiter in 7H gives a knowledgeable spouse.

For late or early marriage, need to see other placements. 7L of D1 with Rahu in D9 in Libra shows a committed marriage. Since Rahul is in conjunction, thus it is suggested to have marriage outside the community.

Seeing Navamsa is necessary for your chart. Also, the position of Saturn is important in the lagan chart, as it is lagan lord.
Mine is aquarius ascendant. Moon mars and saturn in 7th house leo. Navamsa ascendant is aries. Moon and saturn in aries. Venus is vargottama in cancer sign. Ketu in pisces in lagna chart
