Indian airlines didn't provide proper service to the passenger... Even they didn't refund the cancellation ticket....I can genuinely related with video great video.... This is not happen in international only its even happened in domestic..... They should be exposed every single time

Great to see someone like you sir standing for your rights. Shame on air india express for all the mismanagement and lack of responsibility here. Jab hum logo ne paise diye hain saaman ke sath toh saaman kyo nahi aaya. Also, kya woh saaman insured hai by air india ki agar nahi aaya toh one will get compensation. First time i am seeing something like this. Why not leave some seats vacant if due to fog more fuel is needed. I hope sir you raise it to ministry of aviation and a law is made on this so that common man does not suffer.
