I agree - we need to do things to get the happy going inside of our body - I really believe in starting the day with devotions/quiet time is the most important ingredient to happiness. Jesus always helps us get the day started right! I love your crafting time table too! I also find that I need to exercise or do something physical in the yard to help get the good feelings going inside. I hope that you have a blessed week!
