Great video. After watching the whole clip, I came away believing that it is too much of a hassle trying to figure out what exactly to do to skip which parts of the stories - it feels like jumping hurdles here and there & switching between gameplay and watching the video to make sure I follow the correct & optimal paths & instructions. Might as well just play the whole campaign in a fast run thru. I think it is more fun to quickly run thru Act 1 thru 7. By Act 7, you should be at level 40'sh. Then, do the normal monolith for bonus xp & gear upgrades. Then finish Act 8 & 9. This is more enjoyable and, at the same time, earn all idol slots and passives.
Thanks! Yeah, that's what I did for my first 1k hours. Finally, I decided to figure out my optimal way of leveling alts. After all the work making this video, I now have the route memorized. But yes, play through and have fun. Last Epoch is best enjoyed, however you want to play
I feel the same way, i wasted more time trying to replay the vid, missing a WP and having to redo lightless arbor. just play the campaign, it goes fast especially on an alt with gear from ur main
meh they just need to come out with a full campaign skip on alts, this is still so convoluted and time consuming. Might as well run the campaign if you got to keep jumping around to this, then that go level to go back and run 10 miles. It is still pretty shit. Good vid though =) and explanation i think you should of included the information on normal mono skip on alts as well
I did skip the campaign with a character. But later I had to go back to unlock some skill points and idol slots. In the end, I ended up with some active main quests, doing all the dungeons. Doesn't feel like a proper skip. Probably much better of doing the campaign fast, cruising through and at some point just farm the monoliths to level 58-70 and the finish the campaign. Since you need to farm the monoliths for levels anyhow, to properly finish the dungeons. So I don't know how much you really save in time by doing some skips, compared to just doing the campaign with a higher level
The nice xp jump doing level 58 echoes at level 35 is nice. Often, get half a bar or more per kill. This is the route I use on alts and saves a bit of time

I'd just speed thru Act 1 thru 7. Do monolith a bit for xp & weapons & armors upgrades. Then finish the rest of the campaign . This way you can focus on gamepay instead of having to switch between video and gameplay, while also earning all idol slots and passive points
@taoday118 That's how I've done for the past 1k hours. Ever since I studied this route and have it basically memorized now. I ran 3 rogues through this route and made a few tweaks before making the video. Good times! But yeah, play how you want at the end of the day. Last Epoch is great for playing how you want
wow that like the sh*ttest approach for a campaign skip. I went second Dungeon right away and was wondering where is the third one... And a random side quest to unlock doors?! Holy cow!

Keys drop more once you get to running maps at the monolith of fate. If it's your first character, don't worry, you will get loads of keys for your alts
@@Idodmg I ran my 1st monolith at 42 and died then went back in same level , I believe the fate is level 55+ and destroyed the ECHO, it's complete but looks like I can never go back in to get the special stuff, right?

soulfire bastion is the best place to level from 30-50 imo if you have the keys

Is this nerfed? I cant gain exp in monolith of fate
