Is It Hard To Be An Interior Designer?

Ooh a controversial one today but this topic is one of the reasons I started my mentorship - because I know that the majority of interior designers who do design courses will NEVER get a job as an interior designer (for the reasons why, swipe to watch my video) and so for those interior designers yes interior design will be hard, they’re on their own with only part of the education they need and they are angry, resentful and jealous (and mean) to others who find it easy. I’m one of those people who finds it easy and I’m also one of those people who teaches others the things they need to also make it easy.
Most people unknowingly choose to make interior design hard by blindly following an outdated industry model and then there are those of us getting on with our awesome careers (loving our jobs, finding it easy, rewarding and fun) and helping others along the way.
