I bought some shares as an outside pun not when super cheap but not so high price as when they came to massive fame and notoriety. I figured the real company value is a lot lower so sold in $21-22 bracket, enough to recover my original stake. I kept the profits in share, so still have some I'm undecided what to do with as the price is lower and kind of stablised. When do we know the result of that RFP? I'm thinking at least 3 companies will get a ticket to next round and not an outright winner is selected at this stage. What do we know? As for pitching, I’m not pitching to anyone, I am informing people by analysing companies that they’re interested in. That’s a good point, but as it is designed for short distances, as long as it will get these companies through a day to be recharged overnight, it shouldn’t matter. If it doesn’t last a full day, that may become an issue
@@dansplained42 I believe on average the mail route is about 13 miles so 100 miles per charge is really good for mail routes. Also UPS is looking into workhorse as well I do not think they will be interested if the truck could not do the route with a full charge.

The thing about WKHS is the company is hoping on one (1) thing to get out of debt and be successful: *_A USPS contract._* They may get it, they may not, about a *50/50% chance* of winning or losing. The Serious Point: If I had $1,500 USD riding on this SPEC, I would not sleep at all this weekend until the 14th of July. But I withdrew my $1,500 USD & bought 1 share of Tesla to be safe. Too much risk in WKHS (IMO).
I think this is a very justified opinion. I said the same thing near the end of this video. It is a risky play, and it really could go either way. Tread with caution

They were in a r&d phase of business to come out with their C series vehicles. They rolling out of the factory as we speak and veing delivered. Stock market is forward looking... i would advise you to forgoe their past revenues at least with this particular company.

Good question mate. As far as I know, there are a few, but there are a mix of all battery, hybrid etc...workhorse has the only all electric vehicle in the running

I have 38 shares at 8, 10, 12 and a couple much higher (funding was slow and I didn't want to close my other positions) its awful close to my margin debating whether to wait for it to dip then average out and short if it goes down further or just hold till the election heats up - I feel like if Biden is elected everything will drop whereas they will rally under trump however briefly (from the UK not trying to be political its just what seems to happen from my PoV)

I dont like their chances, if you take a look at options prices, they seem unlikely to be over $20 in 18 months time

Although of you do have a spare $2k , you could make a really good multiplier with a bull spread play at a $20 strike price
