In this video we're snowboarding on Whistler mountain on the last day of the season. On top of the mountain there is a massive pond that you can skim across on your snowboard. This is an annual tradition on Whistler to dress up and attempt the pond skim. I also received in the mail a box of two hundred Snowboardprocamp spring beanies. Great way to end the season! Bittersweet though as I have to wait 5-6 months until the snow returns. 🤙🏼👎🏼👍🏼. Props to those kids for making it through the pond, especially the butter 180 in the middle of it. 🙌🏼
Man, our pond skim at cypress was super gnarly lol. Red bull sponsor and most people just fell in cause it was either small jump in or a massive jump into the pond. And very deep water

Last pond skim party I went to was massive. There was an extra 40-50 or so from our group, all in fancy dress, from me as Zoro through to a someone in a Borat swim costume and a buddy as a snow mogal, of all things!

Monday the 27 th was the last day, for skier was good only for 1 hour then boarders own the mountain and with the help of air temperature they just ruined the snow.
We used to play like this in Arapahoe Basin, colorado... great times!

I was there that Monday......interesting skiing day ( one hour ) the rest was crushed by high temperature and excessive boarders . from fun went to dangerous. Lots of idiots out of control, drinking is getting out of control at Whistler mountains.......is getting bad worst every year! Drinking isn't just the problem. The idiots that become aggressive are the real problem.
