ServiceKeepAlive must be set to 0, not 1
In the Virus section of settings, my screen looks the same as yours. However, if I go into task manager, it's still showing "Antimalware Service Executable/ Windows Defender Antivirus" as a background process that's running. @tech gene

Why? did u pirate GTA5 or smth? If u did then run gta5, then go to windows defender, virus protection, protection history, allow the file, and it wont bother u abt it again.
