Thanks for sharing the install. How far do these extend beyond the bottom framing member--do they hang down far enough so as to not hang up in the rocks? Since you you have installed them, have you hit anything hard to determine how well they work. Also, I installed Bushwhacker rocks skins---how much space is there between the pinch seam and the rail to accommodate them. I had to hide a hit caused by a rock that dented the rocker panel and I am wondering if I would have to remove them.
It does not go below the frame. It does cover the pinch seam. I haven't bashed them, but I did slide them over some rocks and it just took the finish off. There is a gap of about .75"-1", so the skins should fit.
Great video. How have they held up since installing? I noticed about 6” of exposed pinch seam in the front. Any concern of dropping onto it & damaging it?
@@MohawkDaveOffRoad yeah hopefully I can make it up to the dunes while it's stock so I can see the difference. I hoping to do everything in the next couple months.

Hi, thanks. I’m not sure if the gauge of the tube will handle it without kinking, but if you’re in a jamb it might work.
I noticed they don’t cover the front of the pinch seam behind the front tire. Any concerns with off reading like that in your opinion?
Honestly the biggest concern is the middle and towards the back. I have not had any issues.

They are decent. Powder coating on them kinda sucks.
What did you do about all the holes in the pinch welds where the sliders used to mount?
I just left it as is.

Hey did you regear after the 37's? How is it with stock gears if not?
Stock gears, the only place where I feel its lacking a little is huge dune climbs. Otherwise the 8 speed trans makes it work with no issues.
