(For Basic Vanilla Cake)
1 cup All purpose flour (125 gm)
½ cup Sugar (80 gm)
¼ cup fresh Curds (65 gm)
¼ cup unflavored Oil (65 ml)
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp Vanilla essence
½ cup Milk (125 ml)
1 tsp Vinegar
Ingredients:

½ cup Sugar (80 gm)
½ cup Milk powder (70 gm)
½ tsp Vanilla essence
¾ cup Water
Food colour
200 ml heavy / fresh cream

It was not stable after sometime also
