  • A quick review of the Belle Warrior wheelbarrow. Is it worth it compared to a metal wheelbarrow? I share my thoughts on the Belle wheelbarrow that I have had for a few years.

Best tool I have bought. I have had mine 4 years also and other than it being mucky, its as ne, well,,, apart from the innertube valve leaking last week. got a new tube off eBya for £15. I used to go through two B&Q barrows a year at £60 a piece, so this Beel is well worth it.

Yea they’re brilliant wheelbarrows. People just need to forget the cost and realise you’ll buy 5 + metal barrows in the time you’ll have a Belle. They just keep going and going and you can abuse them with anything!

Check the 3 wheel positions you can have for tipping or cruising!

Yea it’s nice that there’s an option to change positions of the wheel on it

Working on a job with some 'builders' who were punting a loft out in an end terrace house - high ceilings so 2nd floor was more like 3rd floor. The head builder - and i say builder as in if he could open a can of beans he'd call himself a chef. Tight as a nuns chuff wages and expense wise. Aldi fairy liquid for plasticiser the lot. There was a window in the gable of the loft floor. The two dung beetles (labourers) were carrying rubble bags of mortar and tiles and lat and plaster down the flights of stairs and into the skip.
I convinced these two to be more efficient and save their legs.
"Why dont you stand here on the street with the wheel barrow and you drop the rubble bags straight into the wheel barrow from the gable
    window?" I suggest.
They line it up, drop a sack of irony clamp bricks from the chimney breast they removed like a wrecking ball.
The were to their credit bang on target. My sides - just like the barrow - were split! 🤣😂
Pancaked the wheel barrow which banana'd and was now totally +×÷%ed! Watching them trying to beat and jump on this barrow was like gorillas in the zoo.
I left just in time to give a thumbs up at the builder coming back!
They tried blaming me for the idea but he was having none of it.
Dropping a sack of bricks from their chromosome count all the way down to their I.Q level would destroy anything.
Never leave your potato level staff unsupervised for long!

🤣🤣 enjoyed that story. Will have to go back in time to see what the Belle barrow would look like after those bricks!

    Great barrow but expensive.
I'm thinking of trying the similar Vaunt Challenger L30 barrow next, £80 cheaper

Yea they are pricey but I haven’t had to replace the first one I bought. I’ve not tried the Vaunt but it would be interesting to see the comparisons

Belle wheelbarrows are very strong . but the only downside is that they get a puncture,so i buy the puncture free ones

Yes the puncture free tyres are better, although I’ve not had a puncture with the Belle yet (fingers crossed)

I bought a new innertube this week from Ebay and replaced the tube after the valve started to leak. £15 for a innertube,
