  • The French bullet train, TGV, takes us from Paris to Lille in one hour.
The city of Lille has a bell tower that is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and various other buildings that are registered as historical heritage sites, making it a wonderful city with a different atmosphere from Paris.
Here we find the main store of ``Meert'', a long-established patisserie that has been running for over 173 years.
They are mostly known for their unique and delicious waffles, which have a distinctive flat shape, different from Belgian waffles.
The taste is just exquisite, and I always stop by when I go to Lille. Let's go together! 😊
