1 1/2 inch size -Cinnamon
2 -cardamon
2 -cloves
1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
2 -onion
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 inch size ginger
3- garlic cloves
2 tsp- salt
10 -Cashews
1 tsp- Kashmiri chilly powder
1 1/2 tsp- Coriander powder
2 tsp- Chilly powder
1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
1/4 cup- Warm water
1 tsp- Garam masala
2 1/2 tbsp- Crushed dry methi leaves
2 tbsp- Fresh cream
A pinch of sugar
3 sprigs of chopped coriander leaves
