What a wonderful interview! Every actor is flawless. No matter what I read or listen to about expectations of this movie, I get it but to me not only as a fan but a movie lover this last version is about real connection, about love, about beliefs, about so many things that this Covid pandemic took from us. One of the most beautiful scenes is about this .. we need each other. And the bond between the characters restore what Neo lost trapped again in the Matrix. Another plus: the actors from Sense8 . I love every actor of the trilogy and from the series. Thank you all for the love and the hope.

I have to say, this movie was absolutely chaotic because it felt as though there were multiple storyline going on at once with no clear plot (besides saving Trinity, which I still loved). However. The excitement of watching a continuation of this universe and Neo and Trinity’s story alone was enough. I loved the strong messages too and how meta it was, and the slight humour every now and then felt refreshing. I watched the entire movie with an excited smile on my face so that was enough for me.

So while I understand where folks like Richard Carrier & Thomas Jefferson are coming from, I myself subscribe to this view that there is immense power in what we choose to believe in. South Park did an excellent episode on this topic. Imaginationland.
The "Council of Nine" had Jesus, Aslan, Gandalf, Glinda, Luke Skywalker, Morpheus, Popeye, Wonder Woman and Zeus. Absolutely brilliant. In 2003, we had the Matrix Trilogy. Then in 2007, we had this South Park Trilogy. I recommend Imaginationland to everyone, regardless of how much stock you do or don't have invested in Jesus (or Muhammad, or Buddha, or Krishna, etc).
These things I have mentioned here will challenge your views. Maybe you're open to it. Maybe your not. But you're here posting on a Matrix video, so it seems that you might be.

Now that's a hard truth nobody wants to hear but it's the truth now is for scholars and all these people trying to disprove Jesus and all this crap God hands everybody over to the devil that doesn't want to deal with God if you don't want to like no God and reconcile with God and he knows that he knows the thought of everybody so he just hands people over to the devil or to the lies like the devil is the liar but if you want to believe in lies God will allow it but if you want to know God there's only one way and that's to repent to Jesus and then God will answer you but if you don't do that you don't get to go to heaven and you can believe in all the lies until you get to hell and you realize you're burning forever and it's it was just because you wanted to disprove God you should not want to disprove God you should want to prove God cuz God's your Creator and he loves you but he has something to ask of you and that's you got to repent. Now The Matrix the people who made that movie they all know you're stuck in the dimension of death the womb is the Matrix your birth into the dimension of death the Bible says the womb in the woman's womb is the Matrix they make fun of Jesus as soon as the movie starts they call the girl Trinity like there's so many things in The Matrix telling you you were born a slave all this stuff yeah you were born in hell and if you die in sin you go to the Lake of fire that's the truth man so I hope I opened your eyes at least you got the truth today

A fascinating thing about Keanu is his almost childish enthusiasm. It doesn’t come across as fake or an act but real enthusiasm. Granted it’s a groundbreaking franchise but even so you get the impression that he would have done it for free just for the fun of it.

Being a fan of THE MATRIX, I would have to say that RESSURECTION was good, but the original was the best. No other sequel will ever top the original MATRIX.
Sorry. Maybe it's just me. You are being modest. Resurrection felt like a very lazy attempt to cash in on some nostalgia. It's a huge opportunity lost. Forced humor, nothing new with the action. So as you shared, the first one still stays epic. For me the matrix never got ressurected 🤭

It's known for years that Keanu isn't really comfortable when people praise him too much for doing something good. Aside from his hob as an actor, he is still a human being who wants to be nice and helpful to other people. I can feel him in this aspect. Let's focus on his job to promote this movie and invite him to other show to talk about his kindness. Maybe we can learn things from him about being kind.
In term of chemistry, as good as Keanu and Carrie, it still can't beat the chemistry between Keanu and Sandra. Their chemistry and friendship are adorable.
Tbh, I don't feel the romantic chemistry between Keanu and Carrie. Maybe because the Matrix movies are not really leaning towards on the romance genre and they've never looked at each other more than friends. I feel more of a partners-in-crime chemistry with Keanu-Carrie.
And yes, Keanu-Sandra is definitely hard to beat, just like Leo-Kate.

@@coffeeandbytes9854 there are many aspects of the story that makes you think cypher was right. Neo should have taken the blue pill. he is just spinning in circles. So there is a parallel world that creatures the trilogy and he is the neo himself. He will not find the real creature(the wachowskies). All of it are distributable to our world.
Another theory I have is that Thomas is just sick , he is just a programmer and matrix is his idea. Matrix trilogy and second half of matrix4 is just his fantasy.

Honestly, the film was a rare gift to the fans in total Lana Wachowski style. She reunited the two most iconic characters in cinematic history, revived the most iconic love story in such a beautiful meaningful way and screamed from the top of her lungs that love, eventually, is the greatest power we all have and that can change the world. If this is the last Matrix film, then my only wish is that it had lasted longer, because when it comes to Neo and Trinity, I just can't get enough. Keanu and Carrie-Anne should be on-screen partners again and again and again! Such chemistry is one of a kind.
