- Honestly 90% of the time I just play random stuff with only half an Idea. Sometimes it's funny. AP Milio didn't do exactly what I expected, but it was an interesting pseudo-support with a big bomba sometimes, and that's good enough for me.

@@mr.creamy1012 mhm! echoes of helia procs off his passive too, and serpent's fang. echoes is kind of a bad item tho, and serpent's is only worth it into like karma shen vi team or smthn. runes like PoM, Taste of Blood, and Cheap Shot do too.
I honestly think it's a really viable build with something like Draven or Lucian who can bully and proc it often

@@Ozlu unfortunately no. Wall of text incoming bc I think Milio actually has some crazy strong interactions with his passive that sort of flew under the radar bc most ppl don't really like playing him.
The last time I rigorously tested the interactions Duskblade was still in the game, but off the top of my head First Strike, Dark Harvest, Cheap Shot, Echoes of Helia, Serpent's Fang, The Collector, PoM, Cut Down, Duskblade when it was still in the game and Morellonomicon all trigger off Milio passive.
First Strike and Cut Down do basically nothing, Dark Harvest procs pretty easily if you have a lane bully partner, and additionally it doesn't deny anybody else a Dark Harvest stack. (So for example if you have a Jihn running Dark Harvest in your lane as well and you shield him while he procs DH, DH will proc TWICE which is kinda wild.)
Taste of Blood is very eh, and Cheap Shot can be kind of silly if you have an Ashe in your game as it procs off her slows. (If you're winning lane it can easily do close to 1K+ dmg in laning phase)
Echoes is actually very strong, Milio and Sona are probably the only good users of tht item although it falls off a cliff after laning phase.
Serpent's fang feels strong in certain situations (I watched a CN player run it as a third item into a shen/karma team and it worked really well).
The Collector would be really strong except it's a really big investment for just the passive so probably best done with friends as soloqing and spending all that gold seems kinda risky.
Grievous Wounds is applied through his passive making Morello an amazing buy on Milio.
If u wanted to cook with Rylai's and Cosmic Drive sadly thy are hard coded out of interacting with the passive bc having the kid slow an entire enemy team and run circles around them with a single W cast is kinda broken lol, although perhaps that's changed since I last did it.
When full ap singed ? Singed q has %150 AP ratio
AP/On-hit Millio is great fun but THE CHILD suffers the curse of every designed-as-support champ where his stupidly good support-showing makes him nerfed to hell.
So what I'm saying is we need to popularize support Yasuo so he goes away forever. Hey, it worked for Lee.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE WITH THE INSANE ASYLUM NOTEBOOK DEDICATED FOR GAMES. i have had 3 notebooks dedicated to games since i like to play strategy games, fighting games and gacha's.
as someone who plays a lot of midlio (and regular sup milio) this is a good build! however, anyone wants a more consistent winrate (and more gold efficient bc your team will steal ur cs after laning is over anyways), my build is very similar but with aery instead of arcane comet for runes. also, i start lich bane (sheen first for csing) into blackfire torch. then immediately start building support items (moonstone into ardent censer usually, but obv subject to change.) throw in ur premade evelyn jungler, u annoy the enemy midlane and are an absolute menace in teamfights. playing ghost instead of flash keeps u alive longer and kiting the enemy mordekaiser at 50 health as the rest of ur team wails on him is beautiful to witness. also, lucidity boots instead of sorcs for cd in teamfights. thanks for coming to my tedtalk :)

I've been playing (when my pc was working) Milio as an AP bot laner the way one would play ziggs (he has an auto attack buff for lich bane) but I was really struggling with ideal builds and options so I'm super curious to see what's in this!!

seems like itd be a lot better with lich instead of nashor, use enhanced range+shield to land the shot, shield bash isnt up enough with nashors, plus soccorball hit+lich probably good damage and easy to hit
