I stumbled across the seasons looking for some unaccompanied flute pieces to study and these are absolutely beautiful! I started playing the flute 18 or more years ago, that was the first of a handful of instruments I learned to play. You definitely need way more recognition!

Would I be allowed to play a couple of your seasons pieces (autumn and winter or spring and summer) for my coursework?

Hi, I was wondering... for the new ABRSM exams in the UK because of the corona virus we have to now do “remote exams” which are online exams. Instead of three pieces and an aural test, it is purely performance based. This means I can use the three pieces chosen from their syllabus, but I am allowed to choose one extra that shows off my skill set.. it would be so so helpful if you could tell me which of your flute pieces for flute and piano would be the best to play that are around grade 8 standard? I am purely in love with your music by the way!

I have watched lots of videos of you music and I can't see that it ever modulates to a differeny key, why is this?
Composers have their styles... I guess he found a place in this sort of minimalistic, passacaglia-like harmonic quality, where he employs variations over a progression and makes the music simple. I personally found out today and I'm enjoying it a lot :)
