Sadiq Khan, the Mayor of London, has delivered a personal festive message to Royal Free London staff, describing them as 'heroes' for their efforts over the past year.
The mayor described our staff as ‘phenomenal’ and said they had 'led the way when it comes to patient care, ground-breaking research and the rollout of the vaccination programme'. He offered his heartfelt thanks on behalf of Londoners and wished them ‘a great Christmas and safe New Year’.
