Also, elderly buy meals or give pocket money to people who are younger than them for no reason. most of them don't do that these days, but some elder people still do.
And "Have you eaten?" is a phrase often used as a greeting, It's kind of like "how are you?"
If a stranger asks you if you have eaten, just say, "i'm okay. thank you" and pass by. 😊😊
