The sleek big logo-less mouse pad under his keyboard and mouse are a great touch, along with the colors matching which the laptop, monitor and headphones being the same gun-metal-gray, and the white of the desk with the head of the lamp and the wood drink coaster matching the body of the lamp, it all looks great!
You should check out some interior design magazines and you would see just how tasteless his set up actually is. Fair play to the guy, glad he likes it but it completely lacks any class. The actually building/space however is really quite nice.
Totally disagree, there are countless design principals, many are actually derived mathematically such as the fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio, principals of proportion, averageness etc. when it comes to people with genuine artistic talent there is a strong vein of preferences for aesthetics that they will share on some level. Creative people make beautiful living spaces naturally because of their innate strengths. These guys are tech focused and people like that tend to have poor design skills, similar to the way that windows is ugly because it was primarily an engineering focused OS and Apple was artistic/educational. Unfortunately your relativist and laissez faire reasoning is actually what is decaying talent in the artistic world and much of modern art is utter shit for this very reason.
I have been following your channel since 3 years now. The best thing i like about your channel is this 'Setup Tour' videos you do. It inspires me to work hard & study well so that i can earn well in the future & get a nice place for myself & have a setup like this. You've inspired a lot of people like me & try to keep my desk beautiful & clean like you do & it helps me to work even more. Inspired by your Desk Setup video, me with my friends got a desk makeover for a friend on his birthday. We improvised lot of things due to budget constraints of course but we were able to make a dope desk for him which he loved so much. All shoutout to you for inspiring us to do something like this. This is the best gaming/workstation setup which not only looks clean but is also lit up very well. The philips hue just kick in the right mood. And yeah the Tee is also grey adding you as a great part to the setup.

Actually just bought that black desk lamp! I recommend it 100%. The base is heavy so it does not move. Only thing I would recommend is securing the on/off switch.

I'm watching this before getting a console table for my room, kinda inspired me to really get one and dsiplay my stuff just like you did in your office.
I suggest modding the cable of the mounted extension so that you can detach the cable from it and roll the gear cart anywhere. maybe you could mod it halfway so you can plug in the extension anywhere else you need to put the gear cart (with a shorter cable). and when you return it to the TV station plug in to the other half to make a longer cable.
It's so refreshing to see people with different styles of Herman Miller chairs than the usual suspects. I'm so used to seeing their other chairs in offices and never see this one very often. Also, most people just order black on black and don't customize them much usually.
Do you know why you are the best CZcamsr? I do. It's because you have great videos, great edits, and great lighting. You don't only talk about technology, but you also have cool shoes in every video. Whether it be the Kobe 11s or NMDs, it is always kind of a scavenger hunt to find your shoes

I don't subscribe to a lot of youtubers, but I absolutely had to subscribe. Your videos are well made, your setups are beautiful, and you seem knowledgable and friendly. Among all the beautiful setups and explanations, you don't seem snobby enough to proudly rock shit you've gotten from ikea if you recognize it's still good, and you as a host, are not obnoxious to listen to or watch. You got a little showmanship, but not so much that you start feeling plastic. Good stuff!

My Windows PC has crashed 3 times in 3 years so not a regular basis...
For video / photo editing MAC is just superior because of all the shortcuts that the OS has to offer.
