I'm not so sure Daniels was necessarily discredited . . . plenty of media pundits hold that she did very well for herself and considered her quite, if not *very* credible . . .
@@ubub932 I agree she wasn't. Either way it is irrelevant. This is about Trump's actions prior to the election a decade later. She just establishes the context of where it began.

@@dkhan88942 we'll see what the jury ultimately decides, which is really only what matters, legally . . . and it's probably why trump snowflakes daily, before and after court . . . he's desperate . . .
So that means right now
commentaries everywhere say it was a win for Daniels and the prosecution but, my favorite takes are currently Colbert's and Kimmel's . . .
I hope young Linsey Davis has career prospects at Fox News or OAN, because that's where she's headed next....

This guy is nuts. Of the many former prosecutors and defense attorneys who have weighed in with their opinions on this cross of Daniels, he is the only one who thinks the Defense performed admirably.
