He refuses to answer questions about Arabella Advisors or the Sixteen Thirty Fund, both major dark money funnelers who support Democrats. For God's sake, the New York Times even wrote an article complaining about his hypocrisy. And his membership in a low-key racist Whites Only beach club tells you all you need to know. Now, he'll tell you it's just his wife who's a member. So I guess that's OK.

Evidently, some of the Republican senators, on and off the Judiciary Committee, have not heard the trope about "Let sleeping lions lie [rather than being awakened]." Thus, they gave the indomitable Senator Whitehouse a rare opportunity to air-- in the presence of large audiences --the true story of Dark Money in the nomination and daily work of our federal courts from the bottom up. Bringing a direct quote from Laura Ingraham about the subject was one of the most brilliant moves in modern confirmation hearings. I simply stand in awe of Senator Whitehouse's brilliance & strategy. Having said that, I am not under an illusion that any of the opponents in the senate to Judge Brown-Jackson's nomination to SCOTUS will budge from their fairy tale of 'Justice for all,' or 'equal justice under the law.'
Of course, those of us who'd listened to Senator Whitehouse's 7 or so lectures on You Tube about Dark Money and the federal courts have been already exposed to the the Gordian Knots between dark money and our federal judicial nominations & appointments. On behalf of all your many, many admirers, Senator, I thank you for your fight for Judge Brown Jackson's nomination and for the bigger picture of dark money and the law.

After just watching Lindsay Graham, (in a different video upload), make such an a** of himself when *his* turn came to interview Judge Jackson, it's refreshing to find a Senator like Sheldon Whitehouse who actually brings in evidence to back up his favorable recommendation of the person being considered for Supreme Court Justice. I wonder if *anyone* could be found to give Lindsay Graham such admiration for *his* performance at *any* point during his Senate career? .......crickets.....

Senator, thank you for giving your presentation on the dark money. If Judge Brown Jackson didn't/hasn't heard of it prior, you have given her food for thought. The appelet court, should be given their own powers to investigate questionable facts, or find fresh facts for a case, based on the trial court facts. Confirm this exceptionally qualified young lady. She is more deserving of the position, then the last 3, such totally unqualified and pushed through bench warmers.

They asked the Judge if she knew what a woman was, and the Judge says she didn't. Why not show her one of the MANY forms where she has had to check mark that she's a woman and then ask her if she was lying THEN (on the form) or lying NOW (at the hearing) about knowing what a women is.
ALSO: ANY Advocate pushing a case before the Supreme Court can VALIDLY require the Judge to RECUSE herself from ALL Women's Rights cases, until such time as she gets a degree as a BIOLOGIST!.........The judge, herself, UNDER OATH, claimed to be UNABLE to recognize a Woman without being a Biologist.
