Haha it’s all in the angles! The hike itself is free but the road to get to the trailhead is not unfortunately which we talked about during our driving scene of the video!
Hi. You said it was 2days before closing, is it the closing of hut? Or the trail itself? Can we do the hike in 1st week November even if the huts already closed?
Great question! We were there 2 days before the entire road up to the Schlegeis 131 (where the trailhead is located) becomes closed. The huts close well before the closing of the road. We have the link to the opening times for the road listed in the description! It does seem like at the moment that in the month of Nov, it will unfortunately be closed.
"insta-famous" 🤢 "instagrammable" 🤮 but fiiiiiiiine, it's popular for a reason I guess. The views are spectacular! Very beautiful hike, too. Did you guys hire a car in every country you went to in Europe? If so, did you drive back to the airport and drop it back there or did you hire it locally?
😂😂😂 the views make up for it! Not all the countries such as Croatia but for the other ones yes! We like having the freedom to drive around and also to visit places very early to avoid the crowds. We usually rent at the airport but will go into the city if we find that the price is a lot cheaper!

We don’t usually use any apps but if we do, we’ll use all trails!
