Unfortunately an incomplete description of the adjustment as the check of the protruding brake wire length before adjusting the position of the brake pads is missing. Also this brake isn't an emergency brake but a parking brake.

I don't know the whole particulars of adjusting the parking brake, as that was my brother's video. And yes, he did call it an emergency brake when it is a parking brake. Everyone knows what he meant even though he called it by the wrong name. Thanks for watching and stay safe out there 👍

​@@RoysMotoVentures It's a bit difficult to describe in words, but the center of the cylindrical parking brake cable attachment at the brake arm and the cable outlet (cable stay) should be 42...44 mm (1.65...1.73 inches). If this value is measured the parking brake can be adjusted as shown in your video. Otherwise the length of the parking brake cable must be adjusted to these specifications first.
